Preparation Instructions:
For the Bittersweet Chocolate Ganache
Heat the cream and pour it over the chocolate. Stir until fully combined and set aside in a piping bag.
For the Sugar and Cinnamon Mixture
Mix sugar and ground cinnamon together in a bowl, then set aside.
Assembly
Coat the freshly cooked fries with the sugar and cinnamon mixture. Lay the Conquest Delivery+ 1/4" Fries in the base of your dish. Add the finely chopped rosemary. Arrange the strawberries and raspberries as desired. Add crumbled vanilla cookies. Add the scoop of ice cream.
