Avocado Cream Filled Pan de Muerto

Preparation Instructions:
For the Cream Filling
Cream the sugar and cream cheese together in a mixer with a balloon whisk attachment. Blend the whipping cream and the Simplot® Avocado Pulp together, then set aside in a piping bag.
For the Candied Guava
Put all the ingredients in a pan and bring to the boil. Let cool and set aside.
Assembly
Cut the bread buns in half, fill with the creamy avocado mixture and add the guava preserve.
