Preparation Instructions:
For the Pie Filliing
Put a little oil in a frying pan, then sauté the onion and corn. Add the shredded chicken. Add the cream cheese and the Simplot Avocado Pulp, then combine. Season with salt and pepper, then set aside.
Assembly
Use aluminum or muffin cases to lay a puff pastry base. Add the filling and cover with puff pastry. Bake at 220°C for approximately 8 minutes. Serve with salad.
