Preparation Instructions:
Avocado Gelatin Dessert
Steep the gelatin in the amount of water indicated, rest for 5 minutes and then melt in the microwave. Set aside. Blend the Simplot® Avocado Pulp with the rest of the ingredients. Pour the gelatin mixture into a mold, refrigerate and then take out of the mold.
Avocado Frosting
Cream the sugar and cream cheese together in a mixer with a balloon whisk attachment. Add the whipping cream. Add the Simplot® Avocado Pulp.
Assembly
Decorate the jelly with avocado frosting and fruit. Serve.
