And you thought loaded fries were just for dinner. Not when you top a plate of Maple City™ Waffle-Flavored Waffle Fries with diced fried chicken, crumbled bacon, melted cheese and perfectly poached eggs. Serve these up with a spicy maple-sriracha sauce.

Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Prepare sauce by whisking together the maple syrup, sriracha sauce, melted butter and garlic powder. Place in a squeeze bottle and hold for service.
Step 2
For each portion, prepare 5 oz. waffle fries according to package instructions. Place on a serving dish. Top with 3 oz. diced fried chicken, 2 oz. cooked bacon, and 2 oz. shredded cheese. Place a poached egg on top. Drizzle with 1 fl. oz. maple sriracha sauce.
