                            A great vegetarian burger option for your menu.

                            Ingredients
                            • 10 frozen 113g I&J Vegetable Patties

                            • 10 brioche burger buns, cut in half, toasted

                            • 200g aioli

                            • 150g oak lettuce leaves

                            • 100g sliced red onion

                            • 150g cucumber ribbons

                            • Edgell Chips of choice, to serve

                            Instructions:

                            Step 1

                            Cook frozen I&J Patties following packet directions.

                            Step 2

                            Spread bun bases with aioli. Top with lettuce, red onion slices, cucumber and cooked vegetable patties.

                            Step 3

                            Top with bun lid and serve with cooked Edgell Chips.
