Thai Green Fish Curry

Quality firm white fish fillets and vegetables in a fragrant green Thai coconut curry sauce.
Instructions:
1. Cut fish fillets into large cubes.
2. Heat oil and cook out curry paste.
3. Combine coconut milk powder with 1.3L of water and add to curry paste.
4. Add fish, frozen Edgell Vegetables and lime leaves. Cook until vegetables are cooked. Season with palm sugar and fish sauce.
5. Serve with jasmine rice, herbs and lime wedges.
