Crispy sweet potatoes make a great accompaniment to this pan seared fish with a zesty caper sauce.
Instructions:
1. Whisk sauce ingredients in a bowl.
2. Panfry fish until golden and cooked through. Cook frozen Edgell Sweet Potato Wedges following packet directions.
3. Toss remaining salad ingredients together.
4. Drizzle fish with herb caper sauce and serve with wedges and salad.
