Tacos for chip lovers! Tortillas with avocado, toasted pepitas, tomato salsa and sweet potato chips.

Ingredients

10 small flour tortillas, warmed or charred
454g tub frozen Edgell®: Chunky Avocado Pulp, thawed
200g mixed lettuce mix
1.5kg frozen Edgell®: Sweet Potato Chips 10mm, cooked following packet directions
30g toasted pepita seeds
300g chunky tomato salsa
Lime wedges and coriander, for serving

Instructions:

1. Spread tortillas with Edgell Avocado and top with remaining ingredients.

2. Serve with lime wedges and coriander.
