Sticky chicken ribs are glazed with a sweet and savoury sauce, caramelised to perfection, and packed with bold, finger-licking flavour.
Instructions:
1. Combine Leggo’s Tomato Paste, kecap manis, sugar, chilli powder and sesame seeds.
2. Add chicken and toss to coat well. Cook until sticky.
3. Garnish with spring onions, coriander leaves and fried shallots. Serve with lime cheeks.
