Simple and elegant, Ikami tuna saku steaks are coated in sesame seeds and seared.
Instructions:
1. Sear Topsail Tuna Saku all sides. Rest.
2. Combine sesame seeds, salt, sugar and coat tuna on all sides. Wrap tightly in cling wrap and refrigerate until serving. Slice and serve.
