Barramundi topped with tangy mango salsa, complemented by crunchy honey roasted macadamias.
Instructions:
1. Season Topsail Barramundi Portions. Pan fry until skin is crisp and fish cooked through.
2. Combine mango, avocado, onion, coriander, chilli and oil.
3. Serve fish with mango salsa, and lime. Sprinkle with macadamia nuts.
