Crispy Salt & Pepper Squid Strips served with a fresh, peppery rocket salad, offering a balance of crunch and zest.
Instructions:
1. Combine peppercorns and salt together, process to a coarse powder, combine with cornflour and flour.
2. Toss Topsail Squid Strips through seasoned flour mixture. Deep fry until crisp.
3. Combine salad ingredients. Serve squid with salad and sweet chilli sauce. Garnish with fennel fronds.
