An aged-care appropriate recipe for meatballs parmigiana-style served with mixed vegetables.
Instructions:
1. Sauté bacon and frozen Edgell Onion for 2 minutes then remove from pan.
2. Combine beef mince, breadcrumbs, parsley, cooked bacon and onion. Shape into 20 rissoles. Brown in pan.
3. lace rissoles in a half gastronorm, top with Leggo’s Sauce, cheese and bake in a commercial oven at 170°C for 15 minutes.
