Plant based mince larb is a vibrant, Thai-inspired dish featuring seasoned plant-based mince, fresh mint and coriander, and a zesty lime dressing.
Instructions:
1. Pan fry Edgell Plant Based Mince, lemongrass and chilli until mince is browned and caramelised. Remove from heat.
2. While plant based mince is still hot, stir through red onion and dressing.
3. Serve with peanuts, herbs, cucumber, lime cheeks and rice.
