Plant Based Cheeseburger Nachos

Crunchy nachos loaded with plant-based cheeseburger goodness—savory, melty, and totally irresistible!
Instructions:
1. Sauté ½ frozen Edgell Onion. Add Edgell Plant Based Burgers, garlic, Mexican seasoning and cook for 5-6 minutes. Set aside.
2. Stir in Leggo's Tomato Paste and deglaze with stock.
3. Spread tortilla chips in a large gastronorm or individual ovenproof serving dishes. Spoon over plant based burger mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake until melted.
4. Serve topped with lettuce, remaining onion, gherkins, tomatoes and jalapenos. Drizzle with burger sauce.
