Patatas Bravas with Tomato Aioli

Crispy golden potatoes with a creamy tomato aioli. Spanish flavours at their best!
Instructions:
1. Combine Leggo’s Tomato Paste, oil, water, garlic and toss through potatoes to coat well. Arrange in a single layer on a baking paper lined gastronorm tray, pouring any excess tomato coating over the potatoes.
2. ake until golden and cooked through.
3. Place potatoes in a serving bowl. Scrape cooked tomato mixture from tray and combine with mayonnaise. Serve potatoes accompanied with aioli.
