                              Moroccan Spiced Barra Burger

                              Freshen up your burger menu with this Moroccan barramundi burger paired with herbed yoghurt sauce.

                              Ingredients
                              • 10 frozen Topsail Barramundi Fillets, thawed and trimmed

                              • 50g Moroccan seasoning

                              • 300g harissa yoghurt sauce

                              • 10 brioche burger buns, toasted

                              • 150g oakleaf lettuce

                              • 100g pickled red onions

                              • 150g thinly sliced Lebanese cucumbers

                              • 1kg frozen Edgell Chips of choice, for serving

                              Instructions:

                              1. Coat one side of each Topsail Barramundi Fillet in Moroccan seasoning. Panfry coated side up until golden. Finish cooking in a commercial fan forced oven at 180°.

                              2. Spread yoghurt sauce over base of buns and top with remaining burger ingredients.

                              3. Serve burger with cooked Edgell Chips.
