Moroccan Spiced Barra Burger

Freshen up your burger menu with this Moroccan barramundi burger paired with herbed yoghurt sauce.
Instructions:
1. Coat one side of each Topsail Barramundi Fillet in Moroccan seasoning. Panfry coated side up until golden. Finish cooking in a commercial fan forced oven at 180°.
2. Spread yoghurt sauce over base of buns and top with remaining burger ingredients.
3. Serve burger with cooked Edgell Chips.
