Edgell Sweet Potato Wedges served with a Middle Eastern twist.
Instructions:
1. Cook frozen Edgell Sweet Potato Wedges following packet directions. Sprinkle over ¾ dukkah, toss to combine.
2. Spread hummus on serving plate, sprinkle with pomegranate arils, pine nuts and remaining dukkah.
3. Arrange Edgell Sweet Potato Wedges on the side. Serve scattered with mint leaves and drizzled with olive oil.
