Guacamole & Chilli Prawn Tartlets

Sweet and spicy grilled prawns crown tartlets filled with guacamole.

Ingredients

  • 150g frozen Edgell Guacamole, thawed

  • 10 45mm diameter savoury round pastry shells

  • 25g sriracha

  • 25g honey

  • 5g vegetable oil

  • 10 Neptune 21/25 Raw Prawn Cutlet Vannamei, thawed

  • Thinly sliced chilli, for garnish

  • Finely chopped chives, for garnish

Instructions:

Step 1

Pipe Edgell Guacamole to fill pastry shells.

Step 2

Combine sriracha, honey and oil. Add Neptune Prawns and toss to coat.

Step 3

Chargrill prawns.

Step 4

Top each tartlet with 1 prawn. Garnish with chilli and chives to serve.
