Fresh fennel and juicy orange segments are paired with tender, lightly charred squid rings in this Autumnal salad.
Instructions:
1. Chargrill Topsail Squid Rings.
2. Combine fennel, orange, chorizo and rocket. Arrange on serving plates and top with squid rings.
3. Combine dressing ingredients and drizzle over salad.
4. Garnish with fennel fronds and serve.
