Crispy Skin Teriyaki Salmon

Teriyaki glazed crispy skinned salmon with soba noodles and bok choy.
Instructions:
1. Panfry Topsail Salmon Portions skin side down until crispy. Brush flesh side with teriyaki sauce, turn and cook other side until cooked through and caramelised.
2. Drizzle noodles and bok choy with remaining teriyaki sauce.
3. Serve salmon with noodles and bok choy.
