Creamy, spiced chicken dish in a rich tomato sauce, smooth in texture with a flavourful blend of spices.
Instructions:
1. Combine all marinade ingredients and rub over chicken. Marinate.
2. Heat ghee and brown chicken. Add Leggo’s Puree, cover and simmer until chicken is cooked through. Stir in sugar and cream.
3. Serve with rice, naan, and coriander leaves.
