Breakfast Bacon Taco

Did someone say bacon taco?
Instructions:
1. Slice streaky bacon lengthwise and interweave. Cut into a circle.
2. Cook bacon in a commercial fan forced oven at 150°C between two baking trays for 10 minutes.
3. Place bacon over a mould to create the taco shape and allow to harden.
4. Combine Edgell Black Beans, Edgell Corn Kernels, tomato, onion, lime juice and oil. Set aside.
5. Whisk eggs and mix with cream. Scramble.
6. Cook frozen hashbrown following packet directions.
Step 7
Place scrambled egg in tacos and top with salsa. Serve with hashbrowns.
