Juicy pork loin, coated in bold mustard, served on a rich tomato-based sauce—savory, tangy, and packed with flavour!
Instructions:
1. Combine mustard, rosemary, lemon zest and pepper. Generously spread mixture over pork.
2. Sear pork in frypan. Finish cooking in oven.
3. Sweat onions until softened. Add Leggo’s Sauce and pesto and bring to the boil. Reduce slightly.
4 Spoon sauce onto serving plates, top with steamed green beans and thickly cut slices of pork fillet. Serve with toasted sourdough bread.
