Crispy bacon or pancetta, spicy tomato sauce, and cheesy goodness—quick, bold and irresistible. Try it, love it!
Instructions:
1. Cook pasta until al dente, reserving some pasta cooking water.
2. Cook pancetta until crisp. Remove and set aside. Add onion, pepper, chilli and sweat. Add garlic and continue sweating.
3. Add Leggo’s Crushed Tomatoes, pancetta and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered until sauce has thickened slightly.
4. Toss cooked pasta through sauce with reserved pasta water. Serve with chopped parsley and shredded parmesan.
