Sizzling Shrimp and Sausage

Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw avocado halves according to package instructions.
Step 2
Heat olive oil into a skillet over medium-high heat. Add Andouille sausage and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Add shrimp, pineapple and chipotle pepper sauce, cook for an additional minute.
Step 4
Add garlic, sour cream, pineapple juice, lime juice and Creole seasoning. Cook until sauce has thickened slightly and shrimp are fully cooked.
Step 5
Remove from heat and divide into ten equal portions. Spoon one portion over each avocado half and sprinkle with chopped cilantro. Serve warm.
