Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Season the steaks with salt and pepper. Cook to desired doneness. Hold warm.
Step 2
Prepare caramelized onions in a large sauté pan according to package instructions. Stir in cream and Worcestershire sauce and bring to a simmer. Add the blue cheese, and stir until melted and incorporated into the sauce. Adjust seasoning. Spoon sauce over prepared steaks.
