Flour tortillas filled with tender pulled pork, Pepper Jack cheese, and a super flavorful, housemade Raspberry Mango Salsa, then grilled to perfection. So good!

Prepare Raspberry Mango Salsa.
Step 2
Place flour tortilla down and top with 1 oz. of cheese, 5 oz. of warm pulled pork, 4 oz. of Raspberry Mango Salsa and top with remaining 1 oz. of cheese. Place the second tortilla on top, transfer to heated grill and cook until golden on one side, about 2 minutes. Flip and grill an additional 2 minutes. Remove from grill and cut into eighths. Serve hot.
