We put a unique spin on a traditional guacamole dip—this one is surprising, fun, and deliciously different.

Ingredient	Weight	Measure
Simplot Harvest Fresh® Avocados: Dill Pickle Flavored Avocado Spread, Frozen, thawed	32 oz.	2 bags
Pickled onions, prepared	8 oz.
Pita or naan rounds, warmed		24 each
Lemon wedges		16 each
Orange bell pepper, finely diced	4 oz.
Tomato, finely diced	4 oz.

Preparation Instructions:

Step 1

Thaw avocado spread according to package instructions.

Step 2

For each serving, portion 4 oz. avocado spread with 3 warmed pita or naan rounds. Garnish avocado with 1 oz. pickled onion. Serve with 2 lemon wedges. For additional color, garnish with 1/2 oz. orange peppers and 1/2 oz. tomato.
