Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Heat mashed potatoes according to package instructions and cool.
Step 2
Place cooled mashed into a medium bowl and add melted butter, garlic, flour, eggs, chives, morels and parmesan cheese.
Step 3
Fold together until well incorporated. Place a cup of mixture into a well-seasoned waffle maker. Cook until crisp and golden. Place one waffle onto plate.
Step 4
Ladle 4 fl. oz. butter sauce on plate. Place 3 shrimp, 3 scallops and 5 slices of lobster medallions onto plate. Serve hot.
