Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Prepare quinoa blend and sweet potatoes according to package instructions.
Step 2
Sauté mushrooms. Peel and halve the soft-boiled egg.
Step 3
Whisk together the ponzu, truffle oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
Step 4
Assemble bowl with all components and drizzle with prepared sauce. Garnish with scallions, sesame seeds and micro greens.
