Why not take a classic Hawaiian comfort staple and reimagine it with bold global flavors? We stacked it with crispy Tri Taters® and a lively, bright mango salsa. So delicious!
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw mango according to package instructions.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine mango, red onion, and red pepper.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, lime juice, honey, salt, red chili flakes and lime zest. Pour over the mango blend and stir gently to coat. Fold in chopped cilantro and mint. Chill for service.
Step 4
Prepare cauliflower rice and Tri-Taters® according to package instructions. Cook burger patty. Fry egg. Hold warm.
Step 5
To serve, place cauliflower rice on the bottom of serving dish. Top with the burger patty, fried egg, Tri-Taters®, and gravy. Garnish with mango salsa.
