Haitian Griot Tacos

Griot is the unofficial national dish of Haiti, with tender marinated pork, spices and vegetables. This hand-held version has all that plus a tangy cabbage slaw and super-quick prep time.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Combine cabbages, carrots, red onion, vinegar, salt and sugar. Chill for service.
Step 2
Sauté pork shoulder in a pan until crispy. Prepare peppers and onions according to package instructions. Hold warm.
Step 3
Assemble tacos with pork, peppers and onions, and cabbage mixture. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
