A broccoli-packed appetizer—or side dish—that's loaded with vibrant colors and flavor. It's also quick to prepare and tastes every bit as good as it looks.

Bacon, raw, double-smoked and peppered, 1/4-inch dice | 1 lb. | |
Queso cheese sauce | 8 fl. oz. | 1 cup |
Sriracha | 1.2 fl. oz. | 2 Tbsp. |
Sesame seeds, toasted | as garnish |
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw broccoli and hold chilled.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 500˚F.
Step 3
Place thawed broccoli in a medium bowl. Top with garlic, red pepper flakes, salt and black pepper. Toss lightly until well-coated. Place broccoli on a sheet tray and bake for 15-20 minutes or until char starts to develop. Remove from oven, keep warm.
Step 4
In a sauté pan, cook bacon over medium-high heat until crisp. Remove from pan, drain and reserve.
Step 5
Heat queso cheese sauce according to package instructions. Add sriracha and stir to combine. Keep warm.
Step 6
To serve; place charred broccoli on serving dish and top with cheese sauce, bacon and sesame seeds.
