Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Layer sponge cake with jam and buttercream. Chill and cut into cubes.
Step 2
Coat with fondant and decorate.
Step 3
Blend each fruit with 2 Tbsp. of sugar and 1 Tbsp. of lemon juice for purées. Strain and place in serving dishes.
Step 4
Serve petit fours with pourable fruit purées.
