Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw guacamole according to package instructions.
Step 2
Prepare shoestring fries according to package instructions. Hold warm.
Step 3
For each taco, warm a tortilla over a hot grill until soft and pliable. Place 1 oz. fries on the tortilla and top with 2 oz. carne asada meat. Drizzle with 1 fl. oz. queso sauce. Top with 1/2 oz. pico de gallo and 1/2 oz. guacamole. Garnish with 1 Tbsp. cilantro and a lime wedge. Serve immediately.
