Steamed Avocado Egg Pudding
This healthy avocado dessert is smooth, silky and just melts in your mouth!
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw avocado pulp according to package instructions.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 160˚c.
Step 3
In a bowl, combine milk, eggs, and sugar. Beat with a whisk until the sugar is fully dissolved.
Step 4
Stir in avocado pulp and mix until incorporated.
Step 5
Strain mixture 3-4 times until mixture is free of lumps
Step 6
Pour mixture into ramekins and place them in a deep baking tray. Pour hot water into the baking tray and bake at 160˚c for 50-60 minutes. Note that pudding in bigger ramekins will take a longer time to cook thoroughly.
Step 7
Remove ramekins from the baking tray and let them cool completely in the fridge. Enjoy!
