Craving for something indulgent? Try this healthier, creamier version of pralines. Coated in dark chocolate, toasted coconut, and nuts–it cannot get any more heavenly than this!
Dark or semi-sweet chocolate
200 grams, plus extra
Toasted nuts, crushed
Thaw Simplot Harvest Fresh Avocados: Avocado Pulp according to package instructions. Set aside in a large bowl. Melt chocolate over a hot bath and cool completely at room temperature.
Add melted chocolate, vanilla, and powdered sugar to the avocado and mix well. Optionally, add milk to reach a firm but smooth mixture. Cover the bowl with a cling wrap and let it sit in the fridge overnight.
The next day, scoop out the mixture and shape them into small balls. Arrange them on a lined tray and chill in the fridge until they are firmer to work with.
Meanwhile, melt the remaining chocolate over a hot bath. Cool slightly.
Cover the avocado pralines in the melted chocolate, carefully arranging them on a lined tray. Sprinkle coconut and nuts evenly on the covered pralines.
Let them set in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving Enjoy!
