Browned Butter Coffee with Avocado Cream

Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw avocado pulp according to package instructions. Set aside.
Step 2
In a saucepan over low heat, melt butter. Turn the heat up to medium-high, and stir constantly until butter is slightly bubbly and becomes browned. Leave to cool.
Step 3
In a small bowl, combine butter, vanilla extract, and maple syrup. Stir well, then pour into glasses.
Step 4
Fill the glasses with ice and equal parts of milk. Pour in the cold brew. Stir and serve immediately.
