Yogurt, whole milk, vanilla or plain
Raspberries or berries of your choice, chopped
Thaw Simplot avocado pulp according to package instructions.
Line a rimmed baking tray with parchment paper.
In a bowl, add avocado pulp and yogurt and mix until combined. Spread evenly on the baking tray. Distribute raspberries, blueberries, and granola evenly on the tray.
Place in the freezer for at least 3 hours or until the yogurt is firm.
Break the frozen yogurt into 12-15 pieces. Enjoy cold and store leftovers in the freezer.
