Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw avocado pulp according to package instructions.
Step 2
Rinse diced onions with hot water for 30 seconds to take away their raw taste.
Step 3
In a blender, add all of the ingredients and blend until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy. Season with salt to taste.
Step 4
To serve, pour in a shallow bowl and garnish with herbs and more olive oil or sour cream. Enjoy with toasted bread or crackers!
