250g Simplot Harvest Fresh™ Avocados: Avocado Pulp
170g heavy whipping cream
395g condensed milk
150g strawberries, plus extra strawberries, chopped
25g powdered sugar
Thaw Simplot Harvest Fresh™ Avocados: Avocado Pulp according to package before use.
Whisk heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form.
Blend strawberries, avocados, and condensed milk.
Fold the strawberry avocado mixture into the whipped cream. Add powdered sugar and mix until fully combined.
Add strawberry chunks and pour into an airtight container.
Freeze for two hours. Serve with waffles or cookies. Enjoy!
