This versatile (and colorful) salsa pairs beautifully with so many dishes—with BBQ, on top of vegetarian bowls or alongside quesadillas and wraps. Pretty much anywhere you need a pop of color and a little acidity.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw mango according to package instructions.
Step 2
Place mango, red onion, cilantro and lime juice in a medium bowl. Fold gently to combine. Add frozen raspberry crumbles, fold gently. Serve immediately.
