20 oz Crab meat, cooked, shredded
4 tbsp Dill, fresh, chopped
1 tsp Garlic, minced
10 tbsp Green onions, sliced thin
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Lemon zest
9 oz Mayonnaise
2 1/2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
5 lb Simplot Simply Gold®: Gold Straight Cut Fries, Skin On 3/8"
1/2 tsp Smoked paprika
Preparation Instructions:
• Whisk together the mayonnaise, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, Old Bay Seasoning, and smoked paprika. Store in a squeeze bottle for service.
• For each order, prepare 8 oz of fries according to package instructions. Toss with 1/4 tsp Old Bay Seasoning. Place on a serving plate. Top with 2 oz crab meat, 1 tsp dill, and 1 Tbsp green onion. Drizzle with 1 oz. prepared aioli. Serve.
