When a sandwich or salad won’t quite do, give this Greek-inspired snacker a try. Load up a tray with pita triangles, cucumber, tomatoes, Kalamata olives, feta, dolmas and give em’ hummus and cucumber tzatziki avocado for dipping.

Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw tzatziki avocado spread according to package instructions. Portion into 2 oz. lidded cups.
Step 2
Portion hummus into 2 oz. lidded cups.
Step 3
For each snack box, include 1 each of the avocado spread and hummus portion cups. Arrange pita triangles, 5 cherry tomatoes, 5 cucumber slices, 5 kalamata olives, 3 feta cubes and 2 dolmas. Sprinkle with oregano. Seal the boxes and refrigerate for service and sale.
