Parbake the pizza crusts in a 450°F oven. Set aside. Prepare the caramelized onions according to package instructions. Set aside.
Step 4
For each pizza, spread 6 fl. oz. beer cheese sauce to the edges of the crust. Top with 4 oz. prepared caramelized onions, 6 oz. sliced bratwurst, 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, and 1//4 cup Pepper Jack cheese. Bake in the 450°F oven 7-8 minutes until cooked through and cheese is melted. Garnish with chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
