Avocado on the rocks

Ingredients:
1.5 liter Water
1/2 cup Simplot Harvest Fresh™ Avocado: Avocado Pulp, Fresh 6/2lb
1/2 cup Lemon Juice
1/2 cup Sugar
Preparation Instructions:
Blend all ingredients together until well incorporated. Season to taste with additional sugar if required. Serve cold or on ice.
