Thaw avocado according to package instructions.
Step 2
Cook hamburger patties to order. For each burger: layer bottom half of bun with lettuce, the cooked hamburger patty, 15ml of BBQ sauce, 2 slices of tomato, 2 strips of bacon, and 43g of avocado. Season with salt and cracked black pepper. Finish with top half of bun and serve.
