Thaw avocado pulp according to package instructions. Hold separately.
Step 2
In a small bowl, whisk avocado pulp and yogurt together until well combined.
Step 3
For each portion, layer 21g granola in the bottom of a serving dish and top with 14g diced mango, 14g sliced strawberries, 14g raspberries, and 14g blueberries. Top with 57g of the avocado-coconut cream. Garnish with 7g granola.
